Dr. Golden

Dr. Golden is a fourth generation health physician. His education includes undergraduate studies at Jacksonville State University (Pre-chiropractic) and graduate studies at Parker College of Chiropractic where he obtained both a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy and physiology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Golden has continued his studies with over 200 hrs of post-graduate seminars and is now studying for his diplomate in Applied Kinesiology*.

Dr. Golden specializes in Chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology (AK) and Nutrition. He is licensed in the states of Virginia and Georgia and a member of the American Chiropractic Association and International College of Applied Kinesiology.

Dr. Golden lectures on several health related topics:

• Sports Injuries. How Applied Kinesiology is used to fix injuries and to restore normal body range of motion. Also proper stretching to prevent injuries and to maintain optimal athletic performance.
  
• Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome: How to overcome the three main components of stress (chemical, emotion, and structural); correct depleted adrenal fatigue; and restore your health and energy.
  
• Weight Loss and Whole Body Detoxification: How to use a combined program of Applied Kinesiology and detoxification to effectively lose weight and to keep it off.
